About Us

Jennifer Giustra Kozek, LPC, LLC

As a licensed psychotherapist, I assist and guide individuals, couples and families through their life journeys and transitions. Helping during periods of depression, anxiety, substance abuse related issues & teaching how to better manage emotions by helping you

design more helpful coping strategies.

With over 20+ years of experience my approach to therapy embraces an integration of compassion, intuition, empathy and focusing on clarity and change. I help people to come out of the groove of old thinking and old behavior. I employ several therapeutic modalities throughout treatment including: cognitive, behavioral and psychodynamic therapies.  In addition, I use Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as Hypnotherapy to access your subconscious and deeper part of you – where fear, phobias, trauma and maladaptive coping strategies such as alcohol dependency and other addictive behaviors reside.

No good teacher uses one approach for every student.  Therefore, I listen attentively and let you formulate your own curriculum.

Jocelyn Pierce, MS, LPCA

I understand that life can be challenging, and it's okay to feel overwhelmed sometimes. As your therapist, my main priority is to support and guide you through your healing process. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where you can freely express your thoughts and feelings without judgment.

Specializing in older teens, young adults with grief, anxiety, and a variety of personal struggles.

During our sessions, we will work together in a collaborative and participatory manner. We'll explore different perspectives, overcome obstacles, confront negative thoughts and beliefs, and gain insight into how cultural factors influence our beliefs and behaviors.

As your therapist, I'm here to lend a listening ear and offer my therapeutic skills to help you find solace and clarity. Together, we will work towards your goals, and I will be here to support you throughout your journey.

Respect for the client is the foundation of my work. Whatever experience you are having, I am here to offer a respectful and careful space where you will be seen and heard. Together we will work on identifying the blocks to your well-being. Whatever identified, we will work collaboratively to move toward healing and wholeness in a way that is uniquely meaningful to you. Every individual differs in their needs and goals for therapy. With so many possible strategies for reaching your goals, it is most important to me that our time together be centered around strategies that feel right to you.

I specialize in the treatment of active-duty military and veterans, developmental trauma, and spiritual and religious issues. Current and former military members may struggle to find others who understand their experiences. Couples may have experienced young childhood trauma impacting their relationship. Spiritual & religious issues might leave us feeling alienated.

No matter how your issue impact you, I am here to listen and help. You are a unique individual, deserving of a practitioner who can see, honor, and respect the perspectives and experiences you bring to the table. I am both ready and willing to work with you. Please reach out! Telehealth Only

Rheagan Osteen, MS, MFTA

Are you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? Many of the clients I work with are going through life transitions, dealing with stress, anxiety, or unresolved experiences, and are ready to try something deeper than just talking. They’re looking for a space to feel supported, understood, and gently guided toward meaningful change.

I use a compassionate, experiential approach that includes Brainspotting Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other methods to help process trauma and tailored to your unique needs. These approaches help us go beyond talking, gently exploring the deeper layers of emotion, memory, and inner experience to support lasting healing and greater self-connection.

If you're feeling ready to look within, shift old patterns, and reconnect with your sense of self, therapy can be a powerful place to begin. I’d love to support you on that journey. Reach out if you’re curious to see whether working together feels like the right fit. Telehealth Only

I help individuals, couples, and young adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, substance use, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to go through it alone. As a therapist, I bring warmth, honesty, and a touch of humor into the work we do. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and empowering, tailored to your goals and paced with intention.

My approach is client-centered and grounded in evidence-based practices like MI, CBT, DBT, and Narrative Therapy, & Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I create a safe, inclusive space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Together, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back and build tools to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re ready to feel more understood, supported, and empowered in your life, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Reach out when you’re ready. I look forward to connecting with you! Please reach out.
